Where it’s grown matters. Ours is grown in northern Tasmania, at the bottom of the world.

Air

Kennaook/Cape Grim, on Tasmania’s north-west tip, measures some of the cleanest air on earth.

Water

We catch rain on the farm and reuse it in a closed loop. The water our plants drink falls here first.

Soil

Living soil we never dig, fed between every cycle. Certified organic and certified regenerative, so the land gets healthier every season.

Seed to product. One farm.

We grow everything that goes into our products. Every step happens here, under one organic certificate, and every batch can be traced back to where it started.

  1. 01

    Seed

    We choose the genetics and plant every seed ourselves.

  2. 02

    Grow

    Living soil, rainwater and Tasmanian air. Sun-grown outdoors or in our own rooms.

  3. 03

    Harvest

    Hand-harvested by the team that planted them. Small batches indoors, and one big harvest outdoors each season.

  4. 04

    Cure or extract

    We’ve moved away from freeze-drying. All our flower is now hang-dried and slowly cured. Some batches go on to solventless extraction, right here on the farm.

  5. 05

    Test and trace

    Every batch tested before release, and traceable back to its room and harvest.

How we dry

Hang-dried. Not freeze-dried.

We used to freeze-dry. It’s fast, but we wanted better, so we stepped away from it. Now every plant we grow is cut, hung by hand and left to dry slowly, then cured with patience. It’s the traditional way, and it’s the only way we do it now.
